Adil Mahgoub, Director of Maintenance:

Mr. Mahgoub, a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, received his bachelor’s degree in professional Aeronautical Science with a dual focus in Aviation Management and Aviation Safety.  He also possesses an Associate Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Eastern New Mexico University and FAA airframe and powerplant mechanic certificate with Inspection Authorization. Mr. Mahgoub has over 15 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and manufacturing including business jets and large transport category.  His experience span over wide variety of aircraft models to include Learjets, Citations, and Boeing.

Mr. Mahgoub was also involved in experimental engineering programs, building and maintaining prototypes for development and FAA certification.  He also worked flight line maintenance and assembly line. Mr. Mahgoub is fluent in both Arabic and English languages.  He is married with two sons and a daughter.  He is active in community work.

Ahmed Mohamed, Director of Flight Operations:

Mr. Mohamed earned a bachelor and master degree of science in Aerospace Engineering from Wichita State University, Wichita, KS.  He also co-authored several technical papers for the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) on alternate propulsion for general aviation.Mr. Mohamed has more than 14 years of experience in the aviation field.  His experience encompasses line service in general aviation and airline environment coupled with experience managing a fleet of cargo B-727’s and DC-9’s as Airline Engineer.

Mr. Mohamed has also experience in manufacturing engineering and processes on the B-777 in addition to sustaining engineering on single engine turboprop airplanes.  Mr. Mohamed has also experience in flight test methods on business jets and single engine airplanes.  Mr. Mohamed is actively flying commercial pilot with CFI rating. Mr. Mohamed is fluent in Arabic and English languages.  He enjoys camping, flying, and travel.
